Modern, stretch lace with extra soft finish on the skin side, makes this Anita Nursing Bra a real treat. It shows a functional microfiber back and preformed seamless cups for extra sensitive breasts. It also has Kwikklip for easy opening and features the Anita Memo to mark the side last used for breastfeeding.

Very Comfortable!
I ordered a handful of maternity bras since I am due any day, and this particular bra had great reviews. This was the first bra that came. The rest are still in the mail. I must emphasize that I am NOT nursing yet - baby is due any day now! But having said that, I must say this bra is VERY comfortable. I have trouble finding bras that fit - I am a 34DDD (or 34F in Anita's European sizing), and most bras have straps that are way too long since my breasts sit higher on my chest than average, I guess. My regular bra is the Fantasie Balcony Bra (if you've never tried it before, I highly recommend it - gives larger chested girls a total lift so you don't have banana boob! You know what I'm talking about! [...] has some great sizing charts if you need help). Anyway, this bra is so comfortable around the chest that I almost want to start wearing it now!As for the cup size - F - right now, there is a tiny bit of extra fabric, which I don't mind since I assume I will fill it out once my milk comes in. However, even with the extra fabric, the silhouette under a shirt is just perfect - great shape, lifted...You'd never guess this is a maternity bra.Another reviewer said she received one WITHOUT the comfy straps - this one definitely came with the wide, comfy straps. As far as nipples showing - yes, I agree with the other reviews that your nipples will definitely not be hidden in this bra. :) And I'm not sure yet how this will work with the nursing pads I plan on using. Assuming I am functioning after baby arrives, I will try to update this review once I have used the bra for its intended purpose. In the meantime, I'm ordering another. I just wish they had the black in my size available right now!!

Great in some ways but one major issue for me
I really like how this bra fits and it seems to be made well. I like that it is more like a regular bra and it not like more traditional nursing bras. I choose to buy it because it is not padded; because it isn't padded I thought that it would give me more lift and shape. I don't like padded bras that just round out the breasts which just makes my chest look larger (which I don't need since my regular pre-pregnancy size is a 36dd). It does what I hoped for in that respect, it does give the breasts good shape. However, because there is no padding in the bra at all my nursing pads show through the bra and shirt. It isn't really bad (some people might not even notice) but the lines of the pads can still be seen enough to be an issue for me. I would be too self conscious that people would notice so I am not willing to try it. I wear reusable cotton pads, I don't know if the disposable ones would be different. That is my only issue with the bra. I really wish I didn't need to wear the pads so I could keep the bra; even though I don't leak much at all I am not willing to take the chance...since there is no padding it would go through to my shirt for sure. I also bought the anita 5035 which has the same issue. As for the size, I ordered 34F for both bra styles which was a correct fit for me. I just wish there was maybe a little lining so the pads wouldn't show through! As to the comments some people have made about the box saying size C-F is crazy. The front of my box says Cup B-I but it is obvious that the box is generic and they use it for many of their bras and many sizes. There is a sticker on the side of my box showing the bra style and size. Also, the tag on the bra itself shows the size 34F. Of course no bra is one size fits all!

The best one out of almost 15 different ones I tried including Bravado
This is my second baby. For my first one, I did not want to spend a fortune on nursing bras and hence bought a couple cheap ones from target. I nursed my baby for over a year and realized that a good nursing bra is a must have. The cheapy ones are unconfortable, not supportive, give you a uniboob and look unflattering under work clothes. I decided not to go the target-way(Read Gillian O mailey -thats the brand they have there and a bravado one) this time. So, I started searching for good nursing bras and ordered quite a lot(about 15 different styles).I tried Bravado - Allure and Bliss. The Bliss is without the wire but the fabric cups have a weird shape. The Allure fits well but since Bravado comes in 34B/C or 34D/E, the sizing is a little weird. i wear a 34C and B/C cup is smaller and D/E is bigger.I tried other Anita Bras but all 34C sizes seemed bigger except for the #5041. Its perfect, pretty and almost like a regular bra. The only problem I think is that its unlined. So you cannot wear it under Tshirts esp after you've nursed or pumped(You know what I mean)I use bamboobies nursing pads underneath these and wear under tops. Super easy to nurse in.The fabric is nice, washed it couple of times. Still looks brand new.I've tried the leading lady from JCPenney, Le Mystere, Bella Materna, Bravado, Hot Milk - You name 'em. This is by far the best!

Best of the Amazon best-selling nursing bras
I ordered the nursing bras listed below (3 of the top rated on Amazon) in two sizes each to try and compare them. This won out.Anita (here) Underwire Nursing Bra:True to sizeEXTREMELY comfy, can't really feel the underwireEasy to clip all 3 clips in the back (had a hard time clipping all 3 on the Le Mystere)Thin lace (leaks will be a real big mess)Easy fold down to nurse the babyBead as an indicator for which side to nurse on is greatNot sexy - the only drawback.Good natural shape - no uni-boob or flat-boob lookLe Mystere Sexy MamaHuge cup!! I'm a 32E/ 32DD normally, even in another nursing bra of theirs, but this was hugeNot as comfortableHarder cup - will absorb more milk from leaking, but you have to fold the hard cup down to nurse, which gets in the wayAnita Lace Rose (no underwire)Very comfortableCreates droopy shaped breastsUnder layer is awesome to give a little more modesty nursing, as it overlaps the top of the breast instead of the bottomEasy and soft to fold down to nurseWould've kept this one too but I couldn't get past the shape!P.S. All of the bras had a horrid chemical smell when they arrived! The one I didn't return, the Anita, still had a smell after washing it. Will have to wash it a few times.
