And can it be mounted on pretty much anything it will fit?** A: Yes it sits flat . This one is for Marlins. **Q: Will this work on a marlin model 70** A: Im not sure...i have a marlin 597 22lr and it fit. Looked at the pic of the tru glo in the amazon description and compared it to my front sight. The screw in the pic looked exactly like the one on my rifle so i took a chance. **Q: Does it fit the thicker bull barrel?** A: The screw is too long and does not fit the Model 60 I bought it for. I sent it back to Amazon and got a different one from Brownell. One that also included a rear hi-vis for the same price,BUT it requires a gunsmith, whereas the Tru-Glo would not have. ## Frequently Bought Together - Truglo Rimfire Fiber Optic Replacement Front Sight Green/Red Compatible with Marlin - Bontok Dovetail to Picatinny Rail Adapter, 11mm Dovetail to 21mm Picatinny/Weaver Rail Low Profile Scope Mount Converter Mount - Monstrum Dovetail (11 mm / 3/8 inch) Scope Rings | 1 inch Diameter --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/14969202-truglo-rimfire-fiber-optic-replacement-front-sight-green-red-compatible](https://www.desertcart.is/products/14969202-truglo-rimfire-fiber-optic-replacement-front-sight-green-red-compatible) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
