I'm not sure exactly which part of the supplement is so effective but I am sure that it makes me feel focused, alert, with absolutely no jitters or discomfort. If you're wanting a Red Bull type rush, this probably won't do it for you (it has 75mg of green tea caffeine -- about as much as one regular cup of coffee, however the caffeine from green tea is not too intense because EGCG helps it to disperse evenly keeping your calm, cool, and collected. But if you favor a smooth, clear headed, non jittery, no crash energy drink this is my #1 go to choice on the market. Unfortunately I have not been paid to write this review, lol.
