This has 160 mg per 1/2 tsp (there are 3 tsp in a table spoon) Regular (not low sodium) Kikkoman's soy sauce has 920 mg per Tbs. In a Tbs of Braggs you wind up with 960 mg per TBS, so this actually has MORE Sodium in an equal volume. Which is why it tastes so salty.

What is the recommended shelf life after opening? Best to store at room temperature or refrigeration?

I bought this in a local grocery store in September 2020, and the bottle label indicates “refrigerate after opening”.
