Nice bar, light weight, thicker than I expected so it fits my hands well, texture is adequate and not sharp. Perfect addition for my cable machine.

Its a plain steel bar with a mild knurling. Every cable bar I have with rubber grips ends up coming loose and spinning freely, messing up my grip positions, or sliding horizontally along the bar. Simplicity at its finest. Does appear to be hollow, but that doesn't really matter for a cable attachment.

This is a real nice piece of equipment for cable machines. It is really light but sturdy and strong. I really enjoy using it.

this item is easy on the wrist and it gets a job done. I recommend it to anyone that wants to build their biceps. It’s does the job.

This feels as an 8-dollar product (with a serious profit for all along the chain). Cheaply made, lightweight, and very thick. I needed it for triceps pressdown, but is no good. The risks of buying without trying. Will not recommend to any serious gymgoer.
