this item is easy on the wrist and it gets a job done. I recommend it to anyone that wants to build their biceps. It’s does the job.

The curvature of the gripping parts is great but the center is curvature is higher than the handling parts, to be precise, it’s centers height is the same height the the end tips of the handles but no one handing it from the top of the handles whatever the palm size allows it, thus making it force to rotate while curling with heavy weights. Also in between pipe and the rotator mechanism is plastic ring tube that is suppose to be a substitute for lubricator, that I think will eventually wear off, even if you oil it, so build quality and thickness though great but not meant to last for years, like Troy or Ivanko Steel curl revolving bars, but it is hard to come across perfectly precise curvature of the steel versions, even premium brands. So see what you need. I had linoleum floors that’s why I choose to have aluminum, that is, light bar, so as not to damage my floors from accident drops and falls. But if you choose a steel version of the bar, make sure you get with the rubber bumpers tips, that is safer for a floor.

Nice bar, light weight, thicker than I expected so it fits my hands well, texture is adequate and not sharp. Perfect addition for my cable machine.

Bought this based on picture and was expecting a steel, relatively thin bar with knurling. However this bar is actually aluminum (lightweight) and definitely larger in diameter than your standard steel EZ curl bars. It grips well and it not to rough on the skin. Pleasantly surprised with it luckily.

I use it for curls and tri's. Absolutely well worth the price. Great quality and exactly as described.
