We have tried so many others that did not work. This one says to take 2 at a time and my son only has to take 1 for it to work before meals. There’s no taste, they’re easy to swallow and the price is the best out there.

I have an autoimmune disorder that causes me to have a histamine response from too much sun exposure. I get patchy burns that turn into sores and are hard to heal. Ive been using this when I know I was in the sun too much and it seems to really be working.

I might work for some, but for me I got a bad reaction. I believe it is the ascorbic acid as my dr told me I cannot use this form of C. So disappointed after using only 2 pills I spent all that money to have to toss. I wish there was a return!!!!!! EDIT: I upgraded to a 5 star!! I cannot believe the company actually contacted me regarding my personal issue! I'm so impressed and grateful. When I have used up current probiotic by a different company, I plan to order the one from from this company VITAMONK.

Seems to work

I felt like this brand was not as effective as others. The price is good. I gave this product a full bottle's try, taking two before each meal. My histamine issues are a recent development. I developed MCAS two months ago. The immunologist put me on H1/2 blockers twice a day and I hate the way antihistamines make me feel. I have 24/7 GI discomfort, but if I stop taking the antihistamines, I develop more systemic issues like angioedema, hives and anaphylaxis. I'm trying to find solutions to ween back the antihistamines and be able to eat as normal. The price on this is good, and it may work for someone with less severe issues. Customer service was very good as well.

This product is a life saver for anyone who suffers from chronic hives. I started breaking out in giant, red painful hives about 6 years ago. I went to several doctors before an allergist told me to take Zyrtec twice a day. I did that for years while trying to find a holistic solution for my problem. I tried food elimination diets, cryotherapy, gut healing detox’s and different supplements to try to ween myself off of Zyrtec and naturally heal myself. Finally, I stumbled upon an article about histamine intolerance and DAO. I researched and found Histaresist has simple and natural ingredients with outstanding reviews. I’m here to say this product works. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks now and have not taken Zyrtec at all and have not experienced any hives. The longest I could go before feeling the itchy uncomfortable feeling of the hives surfacing was 2 days before I would have to pop another Zyrtec. For the first week I took a histaresist pill 3 times a day with meals. The second week just twice a day. This third week I am taking one a day and no hives or even the feeling that they are coming! I’m telling you, game changer!

I tried this product but it did not work for me. I took for a few days and decided to go back to my previous product I used to reduce histamine. When I requested a refund they did not honor it and requested I take for 30- 60 days instead. They say they guarantee their product but don’t believe them.

After having my babies I developed a gluten intolerance that led to histamine intolerance (until I healed my gut). This product worked great for me while I was figuring out my trigger foods - which seemed to be everything. I really like that while it does have the some DAO enzymes, it also has a lot of great supplements that promotes your body to produce its own DAO. After several weeks of using this, following a gut healing diet and using other supplements like collagen and colostrum - I have noticed that I need less of this and can tolerate histamine containing foods better.
