Should never be send without dry ice
The Product itself is great for cooking and baking, I have used it for years, however it arrived fully melted because no one thought to put it on dry ice. There is a reason why Palmin has little squares that you can cut off for what you need, but it had liquified because it was sent without dry ice therefore more difficult to measure amount needed for whatever recipe without the square pattern.

Don’t ship it to Arizona lol
I know Palmin growing up in Germany I love it that’s why I ordered it. It had no dry ice in it so it came all melted and was super liquidy… after the fridge of course it lost its typical shape to easy break of dices
