Great taste and value. It has the right consistency and works great in recipes and salad dressing.

Best of the Balsamics sampled thus far. Good flavor too. AND Great bottle. If I saved bottles, I'd definitely save this one to use for future herbed vinegar or oils. Tall rectangular shape, looks good on my vinegar and oil rack. Don't waste your time with cheaper plastic bottles. The flavor doesn't compare. Reasonably priced, good value.

When our local Sam's Club stopped selling balsamic vinegar, I started shopping around for a good alternate brand. I was pleasantly surprised when I purchased a couple of bottles of 360 Balsamic Vinegar. The taste was much sweeter, however, I found that it added a new dimension to our salads. I actually enjoyed the taste very much and plan to purchase more. I will continue my search but plan to use this in the future as well. The one negative for me is using 'of Modena' because it really does not come from there. Other than that, I give it 5 stars.

Excellent for salads or wherever. A good vinegar without breaking the bank!

It has a delicious, rich taste that I have not experienced with other grocery store brands that I usually buy. If you love an oil and vinegar salad dressing, you will be very happy with this purchase.

best price / great product. don't pay more, for no reason. [tip: if it doesn't say "made in Modena, Italy", then it isn't genuine "balsamic vinegar"; true and original balsamic comes from this one city in Italy, and nowhere else. <*would you order a philly cheese steak with no cheese?> ] i'm not a fan of whole foods stores (very customer unfriendly policies), but they got this one product right.
