Mine came with a UK plug attached. But it was only the calf version, not with the thigh upgrade. You’ll need to buy a European to UK plug adapter, if the prongs are round ones. Although double check that it’s not a UK 2 prong shaver style, as that’s a different size... I doubt whether it is though. **Q: This does not come with a UK 3 prong plug as stated on previous question?** A: Mine didn’t! **Q: I have below-knee loss of one leg but need circulation massage of the calf and small below-knee stump (plus whole of left leg). Would it still work?** A: Hi, this is my opinion. Depending on how much you have below the knee will depend on how the calf part of the massager can hold on when that part inflates. It doesn’t matter that there is nothing in the foot part as it will just inflate and stop and inflate the calf part next then the thigh. This is in the circulation mode. I have just tried it and for it to hold on effectively you will need at least 6 inches below the knee for it to hold on and secure with the first strap. I have just had a knee replacement and I find it helpful with the circulation. Why not try it, you have 30 days to send it back if it doesn’t work for you. Good luck. **Q: I have just purchased but the plug is not a British plug- can you please advise on this** A: You can get a two pin shaver adapter to use with it. Doctor said I had to spend the rest of my life in compression socks. I like to wear shorts, so to avoid looking like a prepubescent child going to school, I use these every night instead of the socks. Sorts out the swelling and rests the legs. Quiet operation, comes with a bag so I can easily take them away with me. Velcro is holding up well, too. I bought this as this was similar to a product when I went on holiday to Japan last year. It was a bit risky because it wasn't cheap but am glad I bought it.The air pressure is nice for me at max and I always run it in the evenings. It has helped me to feel less pain days after from exercising or hiking.Mine didn't come with a UK plug but when I contacted them, they refunded me some money so that I can buy the UK plug version (they sent me a direct link to the product costing the same).
