Is this product tested on animals?

If, by "animals," you mean non-humans, then no. We do not test our products on anything other than willing human beings, which are indeed animals.Jungleman Naturals products are cruelty free and vegan. Our products DO NOT CONTAIN any animal products whatsoever, nor will they ever.

Have you found a way to apply it without 'clumping up'? Add essential oil? If so, does it diminish the effectiveness of the deodorant?

First, I make sure that the dispenser rim is clean and doesn't accumulate clumps. Second, I apply the deodarant in the same direction that my under arm hair grows (ie not against the hairs)...about 2 or 3 solid smooth strokes under each arm. After doing these two things, I have little trouble with clumping. I really like this deodorant; it's very effective for me.

Will this stain the armpits of white shirts?

I've had no problems with staining. The deodorant itself is white, so that shouldn't add any stain to clothing. If you get a yellow stain, it is most likely from your sweat, and can be bleached out easily after a few washes.

How does Jungleman compare to its competitors? There has been a huge $3.00 price increase in just a couple of years.

It was a bit better than the competitor products I tried. However after using for a few weeks I concluded that Jungleman is not The Solution that I thought it was at first.
