General health support is what I use it for for whatever reason my body don’t absorb my nutrition properly through my food. So I always have to take supplements to make sure I’m getting nutritional balance.

I use Chromium Picolinate to curb sugar cravings. I have for years. But my body keeps requiring higher doses. These work really well and taste good.

Maybe 1000 according to the label, but in potency it equals a 500-cap. Meh,..but, it's refreshing to take this. So if you like pink-lemonade, I would recommend this. It helps with dreams and relaxation, but if you take one too many, you may well find yourself, sleep-walking-farting in your sleep/seat, etc. whoahh, ...trust me, when you take too many, you'll know what I mean. With Chromium-pickle juice, whatever it's called, it's a fine-line, between helping you sleep, and, a feeling, of being, vaguely tranquilized,;
