Kandi's Professional Touch Rhinestone Applicator, Australian Plug

I purchased the Kandi's Professional Touch Rhinestone Applicator based on different hot fix rhinestone setter reviews. This one is definitely good. It works great, is easy to use and I love that it has an on/off switch.

Good price, works very well with Swarovski hotfix crystals, and came with 9 different tips. I used this to put hotfix crystals on my wedding dress and it worked like a charm.

I received all tips that were mentioned in the ad. I thought one was missing but it was just already in the tool :). I've used it with Swarovski crystals as well as Tulip brand. It does work better with Swarovski but it was acceptable with Tulip brand. It is easy to use. My daughters and I had a lot of fun blinging some t-shirts and a pair of eye glasses.

The Kandi Professional Touch Rhinestone Applicator did not come with an instruction sheet. A few basic instructions would have been appreciated. As a result, some of the crystals fell off my finished project and I ended up securing them on with glue, I am not sure if they will remain on the garment when washed.

Nice little device. Takes some practice to achieve just the right touch to make it apply the stones perfectly, but other than that it is an excellent product that speeds up production of my rhinestone projects.

Love that it came with substantial tips to do a variety of rhinestone sizes. Works well, stones have not come off yet since applying them with this applicator. Highly recommend Kandi's Applicator.

Is it true that this tool works ONLY with Swarovski crystals? I bought Threadart brand crystals (size 30ss or 6mm) and the Kandi tip for this measurement is ever so slightly too large. It just wont pick up the crystal. Thanks to anyone who can advise.

Purchased this thing May 2016. I haven't had the need to use it until today. I took it out of the box, no written instructions, no video to watch as suggested on box. Wasn't hard to figure out. The minimal instructions on the box is about all you need to operate it. I freed it from it ties and plugged it in. Light switch turned green so I thought any moment now... NOTHING! I unplugged it, plugged back in, turned switch off and back on, let it sit for 20 minutes... NOTHING. Cold as a cucumber. Its too late to return to Amazon but I read on the box it has a 5 year warranty so I I went to the company website, found the phone number and gave them a call. Sounds like a one person operation. Women's voice recording sounds like its her cell phone message as she's driving down the road. I was told to leave a detailed message so we'll she if I get my call returned. Amazon has excellent customer service and even though its too late to send it back to them I'm sure they'll assist if needed. I'll update as soon as I having something to update. I've learned to completely check things out before putting them away for when I need them. Mine is NOT an Australian plug as stated in the title. UPDATE: Never returned my call. Obviously seller has NO INTEGRITY!
