This works perfect for our Hereford one year old, and to be honest, the color is so adorable. We used to have a black halter, but this one is just too cute to pass up. Sometimes it can be confusing how to put it on the calf, but as long as you remember to have the lead rope on her left, it should be pretty easy to figure out. This size is perfect for our one year old, easy to adjust, and I believe it will still work well as she grows bigger.

Really nice, exactly what I needed. Couldn’t find a halter for my mini highland and with this being adjustable it worked great.

We got these halters for all the heifers we were showing at fair. They look great and function great for leading but if you plan on tieing your animals, especially when they are new and still pretty stiff, make sure you keep an eye on them. We had two of our heifers undo theirs overnight and luckily didn’t get very far.
