The material is very soft, comfortable, and warm without being heavy. I've been outdoors in zero Celsius weather with just a medium thick, short-sleeved shirt underneath, and I was not cold, although the absence of wind helped. The hood has a thick inner lining, and it covers the throat well when tied, which is great. I am 5ft 11 inches, around 210 pounds and large- chested, (48 inches unexpanded), so I chose size XXL. My arms are also long for my height with a span of 78 inches. This hoodie is a perfect loose fit, and the cuffs completely cover my wrists when I'm standing. My only very minor disappointment is the lack of an external logo or label, which makes the hoodie look like it's not an authentic brand. It is a fine garment which should advertise the Mellor brand proudly.

Absolutely fantastic. I'm a medium and the recommended was a medium,so size wise it's a lovely fit If you want a bit more length (you know some people like length) then go to the next size up . I'm well impressed and at a price that doesn't mean you have to swing your handbag and wear a mini skirt,on a street corner to afford it

Nice and warm and fits fairly well. The arms are a little baggy but for the price it's ok. It has started to bobble after a few hours wear so the bobble machine will be coming out after every wash which is a bit annoying
