Only use them in an oven. **Q: Any problems with scratching? Can you use metal utensils on these and not leave scratch marks behind?** A: I've had for over a year now and just love them I purchase red.. What an improvement over the old silver ones. I have only used rubber spatulas so I can't answer if you can use metal utensils. **Q: How were these packaged when you received them? They have some weight to them and look pretty. I will be purchasing the largest size, such as the jelly roll pan size. Good price, baked goods seem just fine, good quality, haven't noticed any scratches, so far easy cleanup, and so nice looking.
