I did not find much that could be used online unless you can adapt the closes to email. Buyers online are very savvy and have all the answers at their fingertips. My husband is a salesman and we discussed this book. Fantastic tips you can implement today!
I have been in a sales industry for over five years, and never took the time to invest in educating myself on the art of negotiating. This invaluable book has provided me with several techniques that I could implement into my sales job right away. There are a ton of examples that range from a variety of industries. It talks about everything from the initial part of sales negotiating, and the many different stages in between. I strongly encourage anyone looking to enhance their knowledge in sales to read this book.
