Works good on Midwest Cans
I bought these to retrofit my two Midwest gas cans. They fit the cans. They do not leak. What more can you ask for. Worth spending extra for a quality spout. Much better than the design the cans came with.

Replacement gas can spouts.
Well made. Could not use one of the caps on my older gas can but the spout worked with my gas cap. I drilled out the vent holes, and the vents appeared to fit well. Have not filled yet to see if anything leaks. Like the fact they have built in filter at the base of the spouts, and the size of the spouts. Glad to finally get rid of the old safety spout on one of the containers that was a total pain to use.

Fit first time and with ease. No leakage and makes the gas canister easy to use now!

Perfect. Just like the old days.
Great replacement for the old nozzles on cans that predate the “safety” nozzles that the government afflicted us with. It pours smoothly and doesn’t leak. Very happy with it.

Perfect fit for Midwest can
I like filling my scooter tank at home instead of having to stop at the gas station and mess with helmet and gloves and the fume cover on the nozzle. Unfortunately, I hate most of the safety nozzles because my tank is in the floorboards and I always end up spilling with them. The one that came with my Midwest can had some kind of faulty seal and would leak out the sides of the cap while you were getting the nozzle into place. Actually created more of a safety issue than just a regular nozzle. I got one of these to see if I could make the can usable instead of buying a whole new one. It took less than a minute to install and then I was able to just uncap it and fill my bike easily. Absolutely a game changer. I'm not worried about anyone else having access to my gas can and I don't store gas in it super long term, so I don't really need the extra safety features, and I'm just not coordinated enough to actually get a benefit out of them. Should have replaced the nozzle years ago. I do kind of wish it had a sharper angle because the opening of my tank is parallel to the ground, but still worth it. I didn't install the vent and didn't have any trouble emptying a 2 gallon container into my gas tank. I probably won't install it, but having it included is a positive as are the extra rings for fit. The seal is great. I can hold a full tank upside down with the cap on and nothing leaks. I wouldn't recommend it, but if it gets knocked over when capped you're probably fine.

Huge improvement over the spout that comes with gas can
If you have a little common sense you can ditch the stock spout included with the your gas can and install these. I installed my first EZ-POUR about 10 years ago and the plastic has held up just fine. But the stock spout that came with another can got brittle and cracked so I got an EZ-POUR to replace it. The included EZ-POUR yellow collar screwed onto my Midwest can just fine, but I re-used the Midwest black collar and the EZ-POUR nozzle fit and sealed just fine. Do not skip installing the yellow vent that EZ-POUR includes, it is needed to allow air to enter as the gas pours into your mower. EZ-POUR has vague instructions on the packaging which don't really mention how or where to install the vent, but it's easy to do. Just drill a 1/2" hole on a fairly flat spot behind the handle of your can. This will keep the vent above the liquid when can is full and resting on floor, and it will also keep it above the liquid when the spout is pointing down filling your mower. The vent will not be easy to push it into the 1/2" hole because it is intended to be a tight fit in order to make a good seal. So put the cap on the vent and drive it in with a rubber mallet, or place a block of wood block over it and lightly tap it in with a hammer.

Not the best, at least for long term
I installed the vent plug on two cans. One snapped off at 2 years, the other at 3 years. Both times, I had just filled my plastic cans with gas and was left scrambling to find something to plug the hole before transporting them from the gas station. Don't expect a long life; the vents seem to be cheap plastic.
