Bargain
This is a really good bargain for the price. The quality of the mustard is very good. It worked out well for making mustard pickles and added the flavor that I was looking for. 16oz is a lot of ground mustard, and I'm not sure if I'll ever have to buy ground mustard again. If I do, I'll buy this product again.

Yellow mustard powder
Large sealed yellow mustard powder. Powerful smell great flavor excellent size for the price. Fresh homemade mustard is so much better than store-bought, just add a little turmeric for that classic color. Just simmer with water and vinegar for classic mustard, or mix with cold water for a hotter, more spicy mustard. Great to add to your dry rubs.

I use this in cooking and to make my own mustard spread (adding different types of vinegar and little extra flavours) and nothing beats it. And using it to make my own mustard spread makes it all the more FUN, especially for franks, burgers and sandwiches. The kitchen is never with-out! And the price is REALLY better than the local supermarket for "name" and "store"-brands!
