This is not a Malayalam-English dictionary as advertised here. I got a Czech-English dictionary. It appeared to have been copied and cut to size. I returned it.

It should be titled ‘For Beginners’. Completely misleading and highly overpriced- worth barely 1/10th of the price paid.

J'aime beaucoup ce petit livre, d bon format, impression de qualité, très sympathique. D'ailleurs, j'ai commandé deux exemplaires d plus, pour offrir à deux de mes élèves qui apprennent le malayalam avec moi. Bien sûr, la transcription (avec les lettres latines) est à l'indienne, mais je pense que c'est préférable pour le grand public...

Très sympa, bien présenté et expliqué, et les mots en malayalam sont écrits avec l'alphabet malayalam mais également en phonétique (ce n'est pas le cas de tous les dicos trouvés sur le site) ce qui est indispensable pour la simple touriste que je suis !!!...

I live in Kerala and found this book is not useful if you visit Kerala. Overpriced. You get better books at the airport and bookstore here for much cheaper. Worth Rs 99 but this author is selling it for over Rs 1000. Unlikely this is written by a Malayalee. The people are very nice and helpful here and most of them speak English.
