I thought yeah right.........
This 100% worked for me. After 7 years of non-celiac gluten intolerance (GI issues when consumed) I thought there HAD to be something out there for gluten sensitivity. I came across a Reddit post saying how this product worked for the person who posted it. So then I watched some YouTube reviews. Those convinced me to as least TRY this. I tried it over the weekend (to be close to the bathroom at all times). I took 2 pills about 5 min before I ate. and had some soup with gluten and had zero side effects after 4 hours of monitoring. The following day I took 2 before having a slice of pizza. Zero issues. Today, I had my first good sub in 7 years!!!!!! This was now 7 hours ago and I have had zero gluten symptoms. I will be buying more of this for the car, travel, luggage, etc. I'm still in shock. I feel like I've been in prison for 7 years and now have freedom.

Not for celiacs but works well for intolerance
Helps a lot if needing to eat gluten or unsure if the food is fully gluten free. Take before eating for best reaction. I am only gluten sensitive not celiacs

Saved this Ciliac more than once
Diagnosed with Ciliac this product has saved me in the rare occasion of being glutened. It takes effect quickly and stops the pain of Bloat and discomfort. I travel with a couple in my purse at all times just in case.

LIFE SAVER supplement!! I used to get extremely bloated, in pain, and occasionally nauseous after gluten-heavy meals. I can. not. live without these pills. I’ve taken 5-6+ in day before every meal or snack and had no repercussions, whether my food has gluten or not. It’s such peace of mind knowing I can eat without restrictions! The pills are an average capsule size. Easy to digest, and work perfectly. You must take them before eating. In my experience, any more than 20min after eating doesn’t help nearly as much or at all.

A sometimes treat?
I went into this swearing I would only use them when I had to. I didn’t do that. I was going on a trip to Mexico and figured it would be a good idea to try these out for the times when I had no choices but potentially glutenous things. I’m not celiac just very uncomfortable when I consume gluten. The first time I used this it was like a miracle. I ate what I wanted at Panda Express and had zero consequences. And that led me to be WAY too confident. I ate all the tortilla and pizza that week and by the second day I and everyone around me was suffering. tldr : go easy and you’ll probably be fine.
