Great workout sneaker
The Speed Tr Flexweave have a very flat, low to the ground feel. That and the fact that they are very flexible and extremely light weight make them great for all types of workouts. They are also a bit roomier than other crossfit style shoes that I own. In particular, both the Reebok Nano 8's and the Nike Free x Metcon's have a more snug fit, maybe due to the booty design both of those have. The Speed Tr's are a bit longer and slightly narrower in the toe box. But because of the more traditional laced design, can be tightened or loosened as needed to accommodate various sock thicknesses. So, if you find the Nano's or Nike a bit too snug, or don't like the compression feel of the booty type shoes, these might be a great option. As far as how they perform, I'd say they are in between the Nike and the Nano's. The Nano's feel indestructible while the Nike's feel a bit delicate with the Speed's somewhere in between but closer to the Nano's. The Speed's by far feel the lightest and most agile. You don't feel restricted in them at all and they are good for all types of workouts including lifting and sprinting. While they feel great when working out, the lack of cushion and super low to the ground feeling makes them less desirable as a casual sneaker for me. Also, though not exactly ugly, they're nowhere near as nice looking as the Nike Free x Metcon's. But if what you're interested in is an awesome workout shoe, this one hits a sweet spot.

Great versatile shoe.
Did lots of research and finally settled on this shoe from reading various reviews. I have only owned it for 3 weeks but so far so good. Great balance when lifting and pretty decent to go on a run afterwards. I can't rate it on long runs given i don't do long runs but for anything between 1-3 miles as i do i would say its a pretty good solid comfortable all around shoe and i'm a short stocky fella at 5'8" 220 lbs

Great shoe! Comfortable and accurate sizing...
I own a martial arts school and this shoe is perfect! Good traction to prevent slipping or sweeping, also light enough to support our footwork and very comfortable. I wore then for THREE straight hours of training and they felt great the whole way through. They look like and feel like a high quality shoe, which they are.

Reasonably priced cross-fit/casual weightlifting shoe
Fit and feel of shoes is highly subjective (everyone's feet are different), so I won't go into a lot of detail here. I can say that these felt like they ran a tad small and I had to size up 1/2 size to ensure my toes had enough room to spread out while lifting weights. Although these are marketed as a generic cross trainer, I think they are probably a bit more focused on cross-fit and weightlifting activities. The drop is fairly low and the sole is definitely designed for stability rather than flexibility. They're fine for walking but I can't see myself running for very long in them. I'm not a powerlifter by any means, but for what I do with free weights, they have given me the planted feeling I wanted. The mesh fabric probably provides better airflow but it's not something I've really noticed in the gym. While I'm outside, and a breeze is blowing, I can absolutely feel it throughout the shoe. Maybe someone working out with lots of floorstanding fans would notice it? In other words, I don't think these are the most breathable shoes I've ever worn, but they're definitely not the kind of shoe that just makes your foot marinate in it's own sweat for an hour. I saw some reviews about the shoes coming apart after only a few months of ownership. I don't participate in obstacle courses ("Tough Mudder" and similar), nor am I doing anything very aggressive in the gym, so I can't comment on their durability there. For brief warm-up walks and some simple weightlifting, they're doing fine after 6 months.

Quality
Great fit and quality is the best the shoes are pretty light good for work or running but material is strong. It's 100% worth the money I would hesitate because sometimes you save 10 or 20 dollars on some DEAL but they dont last. I recommend it

You May Like These. My Wife Didn't Like Mine.
I know people who like these. My wife didn't like them. She didn't like the way they looked on me. I didn't mind so much. I thought they looked OK. But she said if I wore them people would laugh at me. I lead 12 fitness classes a week with over 100 people total. That's a lot of people laughing at me. I sent them back. I still think they looked OK, but I didn't want to take the chance. I think my wife probably meant well, but she can be kind of mean sometimes. Since she makes more money than I do, and I still get to buy things, I just be quiet and send things back she doesn't like. She lets me keep some things, if she likes them. Sometimes my wife can be kind of nice. I think she means well.

Order a smaller size
Great looking shoes. Very comfortable. Breathe very well. Really lightweight. Good grip on the bottom. I wear a size 12 and ordered these in a 12 but, after getting them in hand and trying them on, I would need to go down a half size to full size to have these fit me properly. Very weird because I've been wearing 12's as long as I can remember. I used to wear Reebok, Nike, Asics, and all fit me the same in a size 12 until now. Amazon doesn't allow a straight up exchange for a different size. The smaller sizes are more expensive and not worth it, to me. If the shoes fit properly, I would be happy to keep them. FYI, the size 12 was $49 when I bought it, the size 11.5 is $69 when I looked into a return, and the size 11 is $100. At that price, I'd be better off ordering a pair of the Nano 8 or Nano 6 directly from Reebok when marked down.

Love these shoes, excellent support, not good for lots of running but offer excellent support for weight lifting and crossfit training.

Good indoor surface grip. Fit is slightly narrow but works out comfortably with wear.
