Been using this brand for a few years now, and they’ve never disappointed. Really good texture & taste, always mixes super well, and no weird chemical-y aftertaste. No bloating or GI issues either. The one caveat with THIS specific flavor (Cookies & Creme) is that it tastes like 90% vanilla, 10% cookies. Still tastes good but just something to keep in mind if you want this specific flavor

Taste is not good at all.

I have been using protein powders for years as part of my post-workout routine, so I have tried quite a few different brands and flavors. I picked up this cookies and cream option to change things up, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to drink. The flavor is mild, not overly sweet or artificial, which I actually prefer because it does not get tiring when you have it every day. The first time I tried it, I mixed it with milk in a shaker bottle right after a workout. It blended smoothly for the most part, and while there were a few small clumps at the bottom when I did not shake long enough, using a blender bottle fixed that completely. I have also mixed it with water on busier days, and it still tasted decent without the heavy aftertaste that some protein powders leave behind. Overall, this has become a fine option in my routine.

This company is really good at making sure they make a good product. A lot of protein powders pack a lot of unnecessary stuff in their mixes and that makes your drinks kinda yogurt and thick. But these people have basically put protein in there, the cookies and cream flavor mix which honestly tastes really good, and a few other nutrients. It won't be thick when you mix it and it's just what I need.

I tried this protein powder after a workout and was pleased with the results. I usually mix my powders with water and even with water the flavor was great. It mixed well and tasted exactly like cookies and cream. I would definitely try this brand and flavor again.

Tasty Protein & Generous Fill! This 5lb tub of Rival Whey in Cookies and Cream flavor really impressed me. The taste is rich and smooth, with a chocolate liquor-like note (just flavor, no alcohol). In case you weren’t aware (like I wasn’t), chocolate liquor refers to chocolate solids, parts of the cocoa bean (like cocoa powder) that give it that deep, real chocolate flavor. No fake stuff here! The ingredients I felt were much better than the average whey protein shake. I also noticed a slight coffee undertone, which I enjoyed. It blends easily and tastes great. No clumps for me. The tub came almost full, unlike some brands that feel half empty. Husband loved it too, so it's a win win for us. This is something I can see us definetly getting more of.

Really solid whey protein isolate. The flavor (cookies & cream) is one I find to be inconsistently executed across different brands; sometimes it’s great, sometimes it just misses being sickeningly sweet or just vaguely there. This protein hits a good balance and is very pleasant. It mixes well in just water and was very drinkable. The scoop is even precise to the stated serving size, which is a nice plus if you track your calories and macros via an app.
