Some assembly patience required.
Had this pullup bar a week and so far so good. Durable and solid. We as users are not that heavy (155 lbs) so we cannot say what the limit would be, but could def hold 200 lbs.

What a badbutt pull up bar! Wow, just wow.
I can't imagine how anything else could be better. I could go on and on about how wonderful this product is, but that might be because I'm a 5-foot-4-inch woman weighing 110 pounds. I don't know how well it would work for a taller, heavier person.

Quality Product!
First of all, the product arrived in a standard USPS box with no product packaging other than bubble wrap around each individual part. The package itself sustained some damage and was partially opened by the time it arrived. I was a little concerned but not too much. I opened the box and checked the contents, making sure I had everything I needed. It was all there. I did notice however, that one of the parts had been slightly damaged and the foam hand-grip was slightly torn. No biggie, I could flip the part over so that the torn area would not be stressed under use. You will also get two wall brackets in case you want to permanently mount the bar in a particular door frame or if your door frame is less than .25 inches thick. Otherwise, you won't be needing the brackets. On to assembly.I carefully examined the one-page assembly diagram and began to put it together. I suggest just barely assembling the nuts and bolts as you put it all together. Three main reasons for this. One, in case you have to take it apart because you didn't read the assembly diagram carefully enough and/or you have to switch a part around (the two flat-edged parts that fit against the door frame are slightly angled and are meant to fit on a particular side even though the instructions don't tell you this). Second, this will allow you to test whether or not the item fits your door frame and will make dis-assembly much easier if you have to return it. Third and more importantly, you will be able to place the assembled product into your door frame and position each part perfectly into place before tightening down the bolts. After I finished assembling the equipment and had it in the door frame, I didn't like how the two flat-edged parts pressed up against the door frame. I can easily see why people are complaining about their frames being damaged. I took a couple small microfiber cloths, folded them in half, and wrapped them around the flat edges and put the bar back up in the door frame. Much better! If you bought velcro arm straps separately as I did, then this is where you would anxiously rip open your arm strap packaging and quickly add them as a finishing touch to your masterpiece of workmanship.Time to test it out. I tugged firmly on the grips and began to slowly transfer my 165 pounds of weight to the bar. Before I knew it, I was off the ground and hanging securely in place on the bar. Awesome! I tried to pull myself up for one single chin up but couldn't do it. I looked down and saw my ego on the floor as I lowered my feet to the ground. This is tough for someone who hasn't done a chin up in 20 years. I wont give up though. Moving on, I put my arms into the arm straps, grabbed on the top of the straps, and began dangling without any concern of falling out of the door frame. I began doing knee lifts galore. Straight forward and sideways. Wow! Hanging in the arm straps also allowed gravity to stretch out my spine. After just one use, my lower back feels better than it has in over a year and my core is burning from the workout!I highly recommend getting this product. Overall, you will not be disappointed. I would have given 5 stars if not for the terrible packaging and the slight damage sustained during the shipping process.

Didn't fit but Still a good product
OK, this one didn't fit in my narrow doorway, so make sure you pay attention to the specs regarding design, measurements, etc. I had to return it, no problems in doing so. All in all, still seems like a sturdy, good product, I just couldn't use it.

But it gets much worse. Included in the hardware was 5 locking washers
The main bar is supposed to be one single solid bar. It even shows in the instructions as a single (1) bar. In fact the bar is two bars that interlock together. This creates a wobble in the center. It does not even bolt together in the middle, its a "twist and lock" style. Furthermore it means the whole setup is never truly together. It's not solid. There are bolts to hold the back together (where is hangs above the opposite side of the door frame at its highest point.) and bolts to hold each end of the pull up bar to the structure, but again, its not locked in the middle. It's only a strong as it's weakest point and in this case its very very weak. Do you want to hang your body weight from a "twist and lock" bar that wobbles in the middle every time you pull up?That right there is enough to warrant a return. But it gets much worse. Included in the hardware was 5 locking washers. No where in the instructions does it say where to use 5 locking washers. It doesn't even say it includes 5 locking washers. I wouldn't use the drywall screws they include to hang a picture frame, much less my body weight. Take a look at the pictures I have attached. This is the bolt they included. Not only is it defective and damaged on the carriage bolt head, but it is bent fresh out of the box. Assuming you could bend it back into place it would never be sturdy because the bolt head is completely damaged. The rest of the bolts all have excess casting on the heads (meaning there is excess material from the poor manufacturing process). Not only that but each and every one of the bolts was off center. This product is beyond poor, its actually very unsafe. Thankfully Amazon is awesome as always and returned it no questions asked. However this product deserves less than one star.

Works fine
Besides muscle training, it is also very useful as a laundry dryer. It has already been over 5 years and still works fine.

May require modification if you miscalculated
Didn't realize the width kept you from putting it up on any door near-ish a wall (no corner doors, people!), so ended up having to place it not where I expected to.Required disassembling one side and moving the silicone pad to the middle in place of one handle. And NO, before you ask, you can NOT use the handles instead of the pads against the frame. They aren't solid enough and you will scuff your door.Btw, thanks, manufacturer, for including two extra locknuts and bolts for geniuses like me.PS you will want to have your own 3/8 socket and a proper screwdriver to assemble this unless you are too mad strong for mere pull-ups already. The included disposable tools aren't really up for the job.
