So much more comfortable to wear a fjällräven kånken now. I have had those pack packs for almost 20 years and whenever they are heavy they cut into my shoulder. But no longer. Sooo worth it!

Makes the bag more supportable

These straps are fine. Fit a standard sized Kanken RE fine and can help with heavier loads vs the default straps. They seem expensive for what they are as they are normal standard rucksack straps. They attach with a metal button at the top, a plastic clip in the centre front side of the strap to feed the normal strap through and another button at the the bottom end that also has a bit that wraps around the old strap.

I can use it to either of my regular kanken and mini kanken! Legit!
