This 3 section slow cooker is EXACTLY what I needed for my TACO TUESDAYS. I am able to serve beef, chicken , and salmon, fresh and hot! This buffet warmer has been a life saver. small note: one of the lids fell on my floor and cracked. Needless to say, I had to throw that lid away. However, I contacted the original company Sunvivi and the customer service has been amazing. Ms Cherry and her team located my exact item and will be sending me a replacement lid ASAP! Customer Service at it's best!

I recommend this product 100%!! I use this all the time. It is great at the holidays and all other types of get togethers or family dinners! I love how the lids can hang from the back. That makes it so very convenient! It is also great that it comes with 3 serving spoons! It is so easy to use and to clean! It's so much better than having multiple pans or having to put hot food in bowls that won't stay hot/ warm for long. Another bonus is that you can cook the food right in them. It fits great in my cabinets too so storing isn't an issue! The look is sleek and modern. All in all its a great product to have and is worth the money and it's priced at a great pricing point! Their customer service support is so great! We just moved and one of the crocks broke. I reached out to see if there was a way to purchase a new one. They responded quickly and gave me multiple options on how I could get a new one. I worked with Cherry and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly, highly recommend!!

I purchased this product for the purpose of keeping food warm. I served queso dip, seasoned hamburger and unseasoned hamburger for tacos. I cooked all of the food prior to placing them in the crocks and I also preheated the crocks prior. I tried the low setting first but it kept the food too warm and I was worried that it would dry out the hamburger meat so I changed the setting to warm. Did a great job. I also use crockpot liners for easy cleanup. FYI follow the directions prior to first time use. Turning the product on high and place 4 cups of water in each crock for 30 minutes. This will burn off any residue and test if it’s working appropriately. Comes with 3 lids , lid hangers and 3 serving spoons. Durable product. Definitely need cabinet space to store. Only complaint is the small cord.

At an annual event for a group of 24 people, mostly teens, we wanted to get away from the usual pizza and hot dogs were the food of choice. So, we had a large crock pot of hot dogs and used this for the hot sides/topping (Chili, sauteed onions & sauerkraut). It not only worked out perfectly but we had an adult leader there who ordered the one with larger containers later that day for another organization that he works with! (One for adults and the organization will use for things like Football viewings where they have spreads with nachos, wings, baked potato bar, etc.) My husband thought of getting this because his sister uses one like this for hot Thanksgiving side dishes on her counter to save room on the table for platters and salad. As for clean-up, we bought crockpot liners that made it very easy. At home, we use a larger crockpot (single) and I'm used to washing the heavy crock, but these smaller & lighter ones were better. I'm guessing it would clean well without the liners but I can't say for sure. It didn't over-heat or burn, but we didn't cook food, we warmed it. I'd suggest heating the elements one time before using for food. We didn't and there was a "heat" smell when I first turned it on. I had enough time to let it cool, start again and there was no smell the second time it was on. Oh, and we chose this in part because of the lid holders - that was a must-have for us. I can't think of any negatives so we're pleased that we had this for the event and can use it in the future.

This is perfect for family and friends gathering. Used it for a sausages and hot dogs and chili. Easy cleanup and fit perfectly on kitchen counter!

This was exactly what I needed for Christmas entertaining! I loved the three heat settings but I really loved the lid holders and the spoons! The size doesn't overpower the countertop either. Great purchase!
