THIS PHONE ROCKS, just trash the oem charger.
This phone is AWESOME!!!! That being said it's charger is horrible. If you do research on the phone you will find alot of problems being discussed about battery charging. My phone did the same thing with the original charger. Then I purchased a Qualcomm quick charger and cable from Amazon as well. POOF! No more problems! it is upgrade-able to Nougat 7.0 (T-MOBILE) so it still has its freshness, and is it fast. Just compare specs to one of the other flagship phones and you'll be impressed! Finally the dual stereo speakers powered by Dolby...Need I say more! so -1star for the charger. 5 for the Phone!

Steer clear. Poor performance.
I've had several of these... I'm fairly certain this phone killed HTC. The phone feels a bit cheap despite being aluminum. The sound quality is horrendous. Screen resolution and quality stunk. The camera produced underwhelming images.

so i just got my device and its in good condition pretty much brand spankin new it came sooner than expected witch was awesome because i was surviving with my last phone a few scratches (barely noticeable i might add)on the bottom where charger and head phone jack go but over all this device came in such good condition im beyond happy with it i have t mobile and had no problem getting 4g lte service, came in such good condition that i quickly ordered a case for it to keep it in great condition thanks for the awesome phone

do not buy phones are altered and rooted major issues
bought 2. both were rooted which means they have had their software altered.amazon keeps taking down my reivew. wha tup w that. HTC said both were showing serial numbers as activated in past. major issues w features not working, bought 2 because i thought first one was bad
