Does the knife bend easily or is it relatively rigid?

It's downright floppy. Hold it sideways and it'll droop under its own weight. Handles are cheap plastic too - broke several of mine on first use. They come apart with maybe 5-10 lbs of pressure. I'd have to disagree about it being ok for martial arts use. The handle is unrealistic and prevents or impedes typical blade handling techniques, the flopping makes it impossible to simulate a real cutting stroke, and it'll break after a few uses anyway. The good ones with some rigidity are like 10 bucks. Money well spent.It's probably ok as a prop, but you're bound to get some off-color jokes when you draw it and it flops.

would these be good for juggling?

They have good weight, but they have no center weight, so juggling might be hard.
