3NS TEX Kinesiology Muscle Care Tape Sports Taping Method

Good price is what got us started with 3NS, having used the usual brand at our physical therapist's clinic and paying three times as much. However, this is actually a superior product; it sticks better (I leave it on for three days, including use of hot tubs and showers), it does not cause a reddening of skin, it keeps its elasticity (again, so that I can leave it on for three days and it still does the job). Moreover, even though the site said that the tape would arrive in about 6 weeks, it actually showed up in about two. What's not to love?!!! I am very pleased, even pleased with the bright, fun color choices which do not fade or run.

Save your money. Buy other products. I'm completing my K-Taping certification and have tried many brands of tape. This one was the most frustrating. Within hours of cutting a shape and applying the edges started to fray. Even the pre-cut edges did not hold up. The result was simply from wearing it under my clothes; I haven't even completed a single work out yet. No doubt this one will get peeled off early. I recommend using the original brand or 3B. Even the Strength-Tape held up better (I just didn't like the dimensions of their pre-cuts). It's simply not worth it to send this product all the way back to Korea.
