This is a classical guitar but any guitar that doesn’t require any electronics or power to play is considered acoustic

Yes, it came with a transparent golpeador attached.

Q: How many mm high on 12 fret? Low action?

At Calido Guitars we setup each instrument in our shop before shipping. For Flamencos we target 3.0mm at the 12th fret, which is low and standard for Flamencos.
