Bought these for my partner who has Alzheimer’s and is double incontinent but still mobile, bought a small so they were a good fit, the only downside of the pants is the padding inside, they might be okay for women but I personally think the padded liner inside should be longer up towards the waist as my partner keeps missing the padding and wetting his tracksuit bottoms / pyjamas and teeshirt at the waist especially in bed , I’ll just be sticking with Tena pants from now on as there padding is slightly longer
