A great powder for coating cast bullets!
I used this powder for coating about 300 cast bullets that I made last weekend. It was my first time powder coating. I tumbled them inside a plastic container for about a minute with a few tablespoons of powder. Poured them on a custom hardware cloth tray and shook off the excess powder and recycled it. I baked them for 15 minutes in an old toaster oven at 400F and let them cool. I can’t believe how well it worked and the evenness of the application. The entire coating process involved about 2 minutes of effort and just waiting for things to cool off. Extremely durable coating and I am looking forward to trying them out. I am using this coating to prevent leading, save time and to help reduce lead exposure when handling bullets. Very happy with how they came out.

Wife's Favorite Color
You've heard the term, "Happy wife, Happy life!!!" Wife's favorite color is GREEN. So I powder coat her favorite bullets green. She's happy, I'm happy. They shoot well. Product does well given the application it is being used for.

Coats really easy
I started powder coating bullets a year ago and tried the black, it worked but I had to shake and swirl them for several minutes and the coating was marginal. This year I tried the dark green and I am super impressed. I literally shake and swirl them for about a minute and they are all coated.

Works great
The lime green powder works great for powder coating bullets. Only issue I had was with shipping but fed ex. After contacting Eastwood, they sent a replacement lb of powder right away. Will be buying more powder in the near future

Used it to powder coat bullets, start at 450 degrees till it gets a nice overall shine, then turn it down to 250 to 300 for 20 minutes, doesn't melt the bullets that way!

Great Product
I made this purchase specifically to powder coat lead bullets. It was easy and they came out beautiful. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to powder coat.
