It's A Wonderful Christmas

As a musician, I listen to music not only for enjoyment but performance options, especially instrumental arrangements. In a word, I think this CD is stunning. It is unique in composition, beautifully orchestrated, provides a nice blend of vocals and istrumentals, and provides pieces that can be listened to all year long. If you like Michael W Smith but find some of his contemporary Christian pieces a liitle too contemporary, you'll find this CD to be the perfect choice. He has taken full advantage of the the Londoan Philamonic and studio recording resouces to creat a Christmas CD that leaves you wanting to play it over and over again.

I'm Michael W. Smith's newest and biggest fan!! I just found out about his music when I attended a Christmas tree decorating party in early December 2013. I couldn't wait to get home so I could order EVERY ONE of his Christmas CD's!! I LOVE them all! The music is inspiring and breathtakingly beautiful. This is what Christmas is all about. When I was a kid, my mother played The Harry Simeone Chorale and The Robert Shaw Chorale. That was the music that defined Christmas when I was growing up and I still love it to this day. Now Michael W. Smith's music will define Christmas for my kids and grandkids. We're now into January and I'm still listening!

This is a great CD. Michael W. Smith has a style that is interesting and entertaining. It is a pleasurable listen. His life and music have been bringing glory to God for many years. His sometimes subtle, somtimes passionate, sometimes pointed, and encouraging way of telling people about Jesus Christ has always been admired by me as well as many of my friends. May God continue to bless his family and his music as he faithfully serves in the Kingdom of God.

I have many CDs in my collection of Christmas music, but this 2007 offering by Michael W. Smith is the most glorious sound for the season that I own. It has become addictive! I recommend it highly and have bought many copies to give as gifts. His genius as a composer; the grand 65 piece orchestra and four choirs all come together for a spectacular experience while pointing us to the One Whom the Christmas season honors. "Wonderful" is the right word for the recording's title!

One of the best Christmas CD's I have ever purchased. Bought 1 several years ago and I have purchased several over time and given as gifts.

One of the best Christmas music cds I own. Michael W. Smith along with the support of an orchestra and children's choir provides really nice spiritually uplifting songs for celebrating the Christmas season and Christ's birth. This is an excellent Christmas present which can bring the message of hope especially for people who are suffering or have experienced a loss during this time of year.

I have Michael's first two Christmas albums and they are incredible but this one, although good, isn't in the same class as the others. Still worth having but get a sale copy.

I purchased this Christmas CD last year, and my 10 year-old son has chosen to listen to this Michael W. Smith CD at bedtime throughout the entire year. I decided to purchase this as a gift for a friend that lost all her Christmas CDs due to a fire in her home. The melodies are rich and full ,and orchestration is wondrously done.
