Another hit from VQ
While I'm a Power fan, this is a sweet ride for the days in between. It is, like all the VQ workouts, a major calorie scorcher. I just love VQ, Robbie Ventura, big John Hughes and the team. Buy it!!

Nice DVD
Great workout and very structured. Like all DVD workouts, it can get repetative, but this DVD does vary the workout based on the week you are one. I have been using it for three months and see the results...

Great for those winter months
Living is one of the flatest areas I don't get much opportunity to climb but these DVD's provide a great workout and I feel a little more confident that I can manage hills this year.

Fun Indoor Ride
Seriously, I actually look forward to this video at 6am all winter. I can barely stand indoor riding, but Robbie and the lads make it enjoyable. Very well structured and quite a workout.
