Is this real cinnabar or just colored like cinnabar?

Not sure if you’re asking if this is cinnabar mineral pigment, which would be, no. It’s definitely a red mica but I have no idea if the manufacturer dyed it. It didn’t bleed when I used it in resin.

is this mica to be used for coloring the lipstick?

It can be used, however we strongly recommend you look for mica powder (not flakes) for cosmetics. This mica flake would need to be ground fine for cosmetics and there are plenty of other mica available that are already in powder form and ready to be used in lipstick and other cosmetics.

Can it be used in resin without bleeding?

Yes it can. Many customers have used in with both resin and epoxy for flooring, countertops and jewelry (even fingernail art as well) . Should not be a problem!
