Indiana Natural Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened,Vegan & Gluten Free), (250gm)

Recently purchased this product from Amazon after lot of research and reading reviews from other products as well and this turned out to be an awesome product when it comes to chocolate as I'm a pure chocolate lover. You can have this as a hot chocolate or cold coffee or a chocolate milk shake. It just adds a yummy chocolaty taste to your glass of milk. Loved it.

I think it is naturally pure.....we can trust that it is 100% from cocoa beans from it's aroma and colour. I've seen a piece of paper in it when I tend to transfer it to a container.I feel like it may be due to the less processing and polishing of cocoa than any other brand product.Thats not an issue to me...because I seive the powder before using it for any purpose.I love the product. Edit:I used it in my homemade peanut butter and came so well.Awesome cocoa

As a Chef who believes in using all natural products and mostly those that are manufactured in India, this is by far the best Cocoa I've come across. The earthy flavour, texture and after taste are amazing and definitely not overpriced just like most brands. I urge people to use it and see the product first hand.

A good product,but the flavour and colour of cocoa could be stronger.

My daughter who is 12 years old has made a piano cake using indiana cocoa powder and it turned out to be amazing especially during the lockdown ,i am sharing the ingredients and the recipe for the users of cocoa powder . Recipe of the cake 1. Ingredients 10eggs 2cups sugar(one cup is about 200GMs) 2cups oil 1tea spoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 4 tablespoon Indiana cocoa powder Few drops vanilla essence Kit Kat chocolates Milk bar chocolates Gems Skittles White chocochips 2cups whipped cream with two table spoon of Indiana cocoa powder. 2. Procedure :- Take a bowl ,put the eggs add sugar beat with an egg beater add vanilla essence then add oil and again beat it ,in a seive mix the maida(flour)and baking powder,baking soda,cocoa powder and after seiving mix in increments with the beaten egg,sugar and oil,put this in a mould lined with butter paper ,bake at 180degree for 70minutes and the cake is ready,for the piano bake three such cakes ,join two together and cut the third in equal halves and put it on top of the two cakes joined together to get the basic structure of piano To design the cake in shape of piano join two cakes in square shape and on top put a cake cut in equal halfves to look like piano and put the icing cream on it with a spatula ,then to make the keys put white milk bar ,and KitKat and for decoration put Jems,skittles with chocochips and put happy birthday candles

Very good product . Quality is too good . I use this in backing a chocolate cake n when I open the packet it's aroma was soooo good n less quantity enough for a cake , taste also very good.

It's not got a very strong flavour but it's bitter. Keep in mind it's raw, unsweetened cacao powder. Also, make sure to sieve out the lumps before using it. It's not as strong as a Hershey's or Cadbury's in colour or taste. So that might affect your baking if you're used to a certain taste. It's complete value for money and overall I'm quite happy with it!

Great product! I'm a regular customer and I purchase two packets which last me a month as I add 10gm to my oats along with raisen and peanut butter for breakfast. The packaging is simple and you might need a 1kg jar to store 1 packet. In terms of quality and price, they are really good as most of the cocoa powder are not unsweetened out there and the ones that are, they cost a lot more. Amazing experience!
