Cantu Care for Kids Curling Cream, 8 Ounce

This is a MUST for curly/textured hair. It eliminates frizz, keeps curls tight, shiny and soft and lasts allllll day. It smells amazing and is not greasy at all. This is our go to product for my daughter's super curly hair. And it literally takes 2 seconds to put it in and style. I love this product.

I have 3 mixed children and one of them was blessed with their dads incredible, tight black curls. Well, me and my other children all have stick straight hair and I have NEVER dealt with trying to maintain (let alone style) curly hair like hers. She is almost 2 and has a LOT of thick, BIG hair. It was like every product I tried would moisturize it for like 5 minutes then it would be tangled and dry again almost instantly. This product line is seriously a game-changer! Not only does it keep tangles away, but it smells amazing, it doesn't make her hair look greasy, it doesn't hurt her eyes when it accidentally gets in them, and I can do her entire routine with Cantu! I've got the shampoo and conditioner, the detangler, the leave-in, the curl cream, and a couple other random bottles. I use every single one depending on what style I am doing for her that day. I've even used the detangler on my hair as I have super fine hair that gets tangled easily and it worked wonders for my hair, as well! And don't get me started on the price point! I had bought her salon products from my salon for like $15-20 and they didn't hold a candle to Cantu. A friend of mine turned me on to it and I can't wait to buy some of the other products I haven't gotten yet. 10/10 highly recommend, especially if you have a beautiful little mixed girl like I do! Love Cantu and their products and all they've done for my sweets incredible locks!

My daughter has waved at the top of her head and ringlets at the bottom. At least fresh out of the bathtub she does. After sleeping on it, her hair is a rat's nest! Enter Cantu Kids. We've been using this for a couple weeks now and I feel very neutral about it. It's great for bringing the beautiful curls back in the mornings. But, if I don't water it down enough, it leaves my daughter's hair looking greasy. This doesn't bother me so much as clearly I just need to figure out a better routine with this product. The thing that drives me bonkers about this product is it's smell. It's not horrible, but it's strong. I put this in my kid's hair around 7am and when I'm snuggling her to sleep at 830pm, her head still smells strongly like Cantu. I feel bad for her since she's had to smell it all day long. She doesn't seem bothered by it, but, whew, it's really noticeable. Anyway, I think I'm going to look for something else for her hair because this is just TOO much.
