Thompson’s WaterSeal Multi-Surface Waterproofer Stain, Clear, 1 Gallon

It’s water based I diluted it by about 30% it still works fine, cleaned roller and brushes with Dawn

Your wood should be dry (ish) - this sealant will not stay tacky, you just need patients, let it dry abit. I used this all around our pool. The deck is nice natural greyed up wood (old, sun beat and reused 1 million times) and it did take an hour or so to dry ( in the hot sun) but after that, no prob, beads water off awesome! BTW, totally went swimming cuz forgot I sealed the decking bout hour and a 1/2 in, didn't matter tho the sealant was already dry. You can look @ the pictures - see the results?.. ch,..good stuff A. *been about two weeks and beaded-er-ing great*

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Good price

soap and water will not clean up after spraying. tool is a sticky mess 3 weeks AFTER I USED IT . the LOWES store called the company for me. no help YOU CAN NOT PUT THE THIER OTHER PRODUCTS AFTER USEING THIS CLEAR ONE.

I have used this product for years. I have always been satisfied with the results.

I used this on my wood planter outside. Held up for 2 years. Time to redo. But didn't work so great on a stump i painted. Turned white in places.

Thin and easy to spray in a pump sprayer. Was easy to pour and cover. Finiah is clear although if you over due it thin white residue.

Was murky

Es muy bueno quisiera fuera un poco más espeso

Works well, drys clear even though it’s a milky colour . Clean up with water though it seems to leave a slight residue on the brush, also gives of a slight odour so best to use in an open environment ( open garage door etc).

This is an excellent product. I bought it for the wood on my balcony, and it did a great job of protecting it against the rain. It's also very easy to apply. It does have a white consistency when first applied, however it turns clear when it dries.
