NatureWise Raspberry Ketones Plus

I am usually not one to believe the hype, but after having on/off weeks of working out and not working out, I decided maybe this will give me the extra boost that I need. My weight was 173-174 (Empty stomach of food, but not dehydrated) with light clothes on (shorts / t-shirt) when I first weighed myself before trying these overrated (or so I've thought) raspberry ketones. I have tried looking up a information on raspberry ketones and all I found were testimonies from people, one-hit wonders (people who have only reviewed raspberry ketone products and nothing else - maybe to increase ratings on items), and that there are actually no human studies done. So, being curious and all I thought "why the heck not?" And so I did. First night, I gotta say, was probably the worst night of my life - why? - well because I was reading a lot of side effects from people's review that stated that they started developing rashes, itchiness, etc. Thanks to all of those itchiness and scratchiness comments/stories, I started to get paranoid and thought that maybe that I am one of those unlucky ones. Surely I found a bug bite on my leg (great timing mosquitoes) I started to think that I am starting to get the side effects and then found myself feeling itchy all over at night and not being able to sleep cause I kept thinking about it. - Well so did it work or not? - Hang on I'll get there, eventually. I found out that I wasn't allergic to it, funny because I ate raspberries before and didn't find anything happening to me so why would this be the first? It has been 4 days since I have received the product (yeah yeah not even a week and already writing a review), well... I get this tingly feeling of having more energy to actually make me do more exercise (increase the amount of weight I lift, the distance I can run, etc. - well wait, I think the first two is it). Also, it does suppress my appetite quite a bit, not saying that I stopped eating (oh no, not at all), I just don't have the urges and cravings anymore. I eat what I need to eat and sometimes when the amount that I use to eat made me feel empty, the same amount (maybe even less) makes me feel really full and full of energy as well. Maybe it is just a placebo effect that I have more energy, but hey I am feeling better about my new-found energy level. - So.. what about the weight? - Well it is not all about the weight, but I guess if that is what you want then I will tell you. Within the 4 days that I tried using it (with moderate exercise - strengthening 2x a week - pull ups until I max out - which isn't a lot, Push ups til I max out and some ab workout and for cardio, maybe 4 miles in total for the entire week), I weighed myself to be around 170-171. My weight this time was on a full stomach (right after eating), completely hydrated, and weighing heavy clothing (jeans, t-shirt, jacket, keys - they add on at least an extra pound). It wasn't in my intention to weigh myself like this, but I just got home from work and decided why not? Verdict? - Well It seems to be working for me at the moment and helping achieve my goal a little faster so I think it is a good product. Surely there are many products out there that can be described as "fake" or "not pure," but I have yet to find a raspberry ketone that has FDA's approval stamp on there (maybe that doesn't mean much to some people, but hey it is something). I do like this product and hopefully keep everyone posted on my results. P.S. Do not read all the bad comments before taking this if you are about to try it out. Paranoia will get you. And I don't see or feel any side effects except for burping up some raspberry flavor after downing the pill. -No I am not paid to write a good comment on this product, well maybe I wouldn't mind getting paid, but I wouldn't lie- **Update** A little over two weeks now and I checked in again, my weight is between 168-170 depending on the clothes that I wear and with a full stomach of course. From the extra energy that I get from taking these tablets, I gotta say that I have been exercising a lot more... well... like around 50% more. I can see my muscles showing, stomach flattening a little bit, and overall just very energetic. Also, I feel better about my appearance (which can just be a placebo effect) but whatever it is, it feels good. Sorry for the short update entry, but so far for me, it is working quite well, and since it has only been a little over two weeks, I don't think I can write a good review on the full effectiveness. All I can say is that it is not a miracle pill where pounds will just instantly drop off of you when you take it. It will give you more energy to do more exercises and keep you going as well as help you burn fat a little faster, but that requires you to put in some time to do the extra heavy lifting or the extra mile. Do I recommend it? - So far so good. I have yet to find a problem with it, just don't take it before you go to bed, you will be WIDE awake. Or at least that is what happened to me.

In 2007, I was fit. Perfect weight, had energy... Everything. But that was when I lived abroad. When I came back to the US to live with my family while I finished up my studies, I gained over 40 pounds. One day, I finally looked at the scale and just about died. I'd never been that weight in my entire life. Even before I moved abroad. I knew something had to change. I hated looking at myself in the mirror and was just overall depressed about my weight. First, I tried to replicate what I did overseas. I tried walking more, exercising harder, eating less... I bought books telling me to eat more at certain times of the day and less others... exercise programs... Ate more vegetables, cut out refined carbohydrates... I started juicing. I even replaced a meal a day with organic vegetable and fruit juices with chia seeds or flax seeds. Most of the time, what I was doing was by the book perfect. Organic food, free range chicken... I really tried for over a year to lose and keep off any amount of weight, but nothing helped. It was all I could do to maintain. Earlier this year (2013), I saw the clip from Dr Oz about raspberry ketones. I'd tried the whole "diet and exercise" route alone and failed, so I figured I'd give the ketones a chance. I purchase these NatureWise ketones in addition to two other brands. One, I got from GNC, cost me over $100 for a couple months worth. But, I was desperate. I tried the one from GNC. It is called CLK by Cellucor. It helped me lose weight, but made me crave fat and if I didn't eat fat, I'd get dizzy. I would literally be leaving the office to go to the local liquor store to get some potato chips. While trying to eat healthy, ironically. Else, I couldn't finish a day of work. The cravings were sudden. It wasn't like a typical "I want something salty" crave or "I need dessert", it was "I'm going to fall out if I don't have some fat now." I also tried a brand I got from Walgreens that they no longer sell. I think it was Ultimate Raspberry Ketones, but I could be wrong as I bought them near the beginning of the year and gave them to someone when they didn't work. Well, that is to say, I did lose weight with them, but when I got a cold and stopped taking them because it was hard to swallow due to my sore throat, I got the worst caffeine withdrawal headache. The person I gave the pills to didn't mind the caffeine, even when I warned them about what happened to me. So, I got around to trying the NatureWise ketones. The price was right and the reviews on Amazon were high. I had previously promised myself not to buy new clothes because I was determined to get back into the old ones, but I was starting to just decide I'd maintain only and give up losing weight. I started taking the Naturewise ketones two months ago. I had already partially given up, so I had quit exercising. I had gotten so used to avoiding hydrogenated garbage, eating healthy olive oils and fish, brown rice, etc. that I just kept the revised diet I'd already been living by, but the only exercise I'd done was going for a walk about once a week, if that. To my utter shock, within the last almost 2 months, I've lost 15 pounds. After everything I've tried, how hard I've worked... All the books I've read, diets I've been on, exercise programs I've done, unhealthy foods I've cut out... Finally. And all from my first bottle. As said, I'd lost weight taking the other two raspberry ketones, but there were side effects. With the Naturewise, there were no side effects. I'd just get up in the morning and take two pills with my breakfast and go about my day. It's like once I started taking the pills, my body actually began responding as one would expect a person's body to with a healthy eating style. And that's really all I wanted: for my work to pay off. I wasn't looking for a miracle pill. I was looking for simply a chance. This is a great product that I will continue to take. I only need to lose 14 more pounds for my BMI to be in the normal range and 33 more pounds to be at my goal weight.

I was on a diet for a month prior to using the product and was loosing weight. But horror! I actually gained weight while using the supplement for 5 weeks (still on the same diet). What a waste of money and efforts!
