Heavy Duty 26' Retractable Dog Leash - 85 LBS Capacity

Was so excited when I got it, and it was wonderful the first week… and then it broke. My dog pulled it to the limit and there was a pop inside and than a whirling sound and that was it, no more retraction. I have a 2 month old 12lb husky puppy that I hoped would grow into this leash and use it for a very long time.

It works for my 35 pound puppy. Leashing him in the backyard often times to prevent getting to everything. It's not the smoothest product, but just for a very little effort to lock and loosen the leash, it's pretty good. I have a 6 ft. sturdy leash for walking the dog. Who owns one leash anyway.

Not good at all. I bought this leash because it said it had an 85 lb capacity. My dog is 25 pounds and it broke in 2 places already. The part where it connects to the leash broke, but I was able to tie it and still use it. But then the retractable part broke and it's now just a very long, unmanageable leash. Of course, it broke 1 week AFTER the return period.

This broke as soon as my dog stepped out the house. I was extremely upset with this product as it didn't hold up to the advertisement. My dog weighs 46 lbs. No reason why this thing should have snapped immediately out of the box!

We used this leash with our 21 pound terrier. It lasted about a dozen walks before it broke. It simply disconnected from our dog. Luckily we were on a quiet side street and she wasn't pulling to chase something or run into the road.

stop latch sometimes difficult to engage, but no more than other retractable leashes l have owned. Other than that handle is big enough for my large hand to grab ok. l am pleased with the buy and the family use daily.

Worked good. I have large dog who unexpectedly pulled all of the lead out and it snapped off the retractor. My fault for not locking before she fully extended the lead line at full run.

I've been using it as an anchor in my yard for the past couple weeks, and so far so good. I was worried it would get twisted up inside, but that hasn't happened so far...
