I've been really happy with this cutting board. The size is perfect for everyday meal prep without taking up too much counter space. The non-slip feet keep it securely in place while chopping, and the juice groove does a great job catching liquids when cutting fruits or meats, helping keep the countertop clean. The board feels sturdy but isn't overly heavy, and it's easy to clean. I also like that it doesn't retain odors or stains like some plastic boards. Overall, it's a high-quality cutting board that looks great and performs exactly as expected. I'd definitely recommend it.

I purchased the 14.5" × 11.3" and 11.5" × 9". Both had a noticeable chemical smell after the first few rinses. The smell went away completely after a few rinses over the course of a few days. I didn't put them in the dishwasher until after the smell was already gone. What I really like is that they are lightweight, dishwasher safe, look great, and have nonslip feet on both sides.

So far so good. Hasn't dulled my knives. Like the non-slip feet and juice catcher ridges. Like the fact that it's not plastic and made in the USA. That's important to me.

Picture is a thousand words… this is after one use and one wash in dishwasher. Check it out… discoloration especially in the gutter. This board must be soft because you can see the grooves/cuts into the board (was only slicing a few pieces of meat for soup for grandson). From looking at better stores, ie crate & barrels, they don’t sell this specific one so leads me to believe this maybe a counterfeit? Or just an inferior production made for selling at Amazon - this size is $10 cheaper than ones same size at C &B. Should have spent that extra $10. 🙁

Love the board but exchanging for different color. The Nutmeg color is much darker in person than in photo

works really well for what it is. thin, lightweight, easy to clean. will sometimes still smell like glue. loud for chopping, but for camping situations that's not a problem.

I was really looking for a way to get rid of my plastic cutting boards and move to something cleaner and safer for home use. This is fantastic. Slim and easy to clean. Pricey but worth it. I will be buying more. Does tend to absorb the flavor of strong foods like garlic or onion, but can easily be cleaned with lemon to get rid of that scent. (Plastic and other wood does the same thing.)

I’ve owned Epicurean cutting boards for 5+ years. I had 2 of the smaller ones with no feet and the largest one, again with no feet. I wanted intermediate sizes so I bought the two in the pictures. Oddly, none of the photos on Amazon show the side without the juice groove. Yes, one side of these boards is totally flat. Pro/con: - Good size, I put an 8 inch kitchen shear in the photo for scale. - Easy to clean with a bit of soap and water. I’ve put older boards in the dishwasher years ago and it definitely caused the boards to deteriorate - safe for knives - no blade damage - Rubber feet on both sides make these boards non-slip, even on granite counters. My older boards with no feet spin and slip. - durable colors due to hand washing - small hanging holes allow me to keep these boards handy on my pot rack Con - Pricey - Not really dishwasher safe in the long run - the ones with the rubber feet flex a bit in the center -not sure how long the rubber feet will hold up - hand washing should help Overall, these are the most versatile cutting boards I own. I’ve got a top rate and very thick Boardsmith walnut board, a large teak board, and a couple of poly boards but I always reach for the Epicureans first for smaller items that get chopped and popped into a pot or a pan. I've been using this cutting board for more than half year and I'm very pleased with how well it performs. The size is just right for everyday meal prep, and the built-in juice groove keeps counters clean when cutting juicy fruits or meats. What I like is it's gentle on knife edges quickly, this one keeps my knives sharp even after lots of use. Also the Anti-slip rubber on all four corners work exactly as promised. The board stays put while I chop, slice, or dice, making prep safer and more efficient. Overall, this cutting board serves its purpose perfectly. Highly recommended!
