I need to cut little rounds for these. Are they easy to cut with a scissors?

They're just like toilet paper rolls, so as long as your scissors cut cardboard, you're good.

Are these easy to cut through? are they thin like a real tp roll would be? i have a bad shoulder

They are quite sturdy and thicker than regular tp rolls. You either need some heavy duty scissors or apply some force to cut through them.
