Very simple product so it’s quick to slap onto pull up bars etc. so I get a lot outta em. You may wanna work your way up since these are pretty big but if you know you can handle the Extreme version right off the bat go for it. They’ll get you a good soreness if used how they should be used. I personally use them for deadlifts, curls, pull ups, and dips.
