Good fit and quality. The price is also reasonable. I would have preferred if it were a lighter khaki color.

The quality seems to be good. However I think they run a little bit on the small side. I wear a 7 1/8 and this was supposed to be good to 7 1/4. It is a little tight but I'm hoping the elastic will relax a bit. There really is no substitute for a good fitted cap and this proves it. I think a LARGE would have been too big and the only thing worse than one too small is one too big.

Being bald, I wear a cap all of the time outside to protect against the sun. Because of that, these caps get pretty grimy after a while. So, I purchase a new one every couple of months. I don't like to pay my hard-earned cash for a hat, just to wear advertising for a company (I would gladly do so if it was free), so I buy generic caps. These are very difficult to find anymore, as cap advertising has become de rigueur. The other problem I have is that I have a fat head, and my baldness means that the traditional size adjustment with a friction clamp or plastic pin-and-hole strap means that the hat loosens quickly on my head. This issue seems to be resolved with the flexfit band in these caps. I gave this 4 stars because I had two issues, both easily resolved. First, sizing these. I ordered a small/medium since that is what I traditionally have worn. It was very tight on my head, so I ordered the large/xlarge. I'm not sure why the previous commenter didn't do that rather than give the cap away. Anyway, you almost have to order two sizes the first time to see how they fit, then return one. This is always the big problem when ordering clothing on line. The other issue I have is that the shape of the crown for this model of the cap is very high on the front. I prefer the rounded crown style. So, I ordered a low-profile cap, which is just right. This high front was not obvious from the picture.

I bought both a black and a tan cap for my husband. He loves the fit and wide brim. The tan hat dye was affected by sweat on the first day of use. Thinking it would wash out (it didn't), I tried washing it...first in the machine, then treated with stain remover. Nothing helped, and it's permanently stained with a faded rim around the head band. Also, it wouldn't return to it's shape like most ball caps do after a wash (using a former and everything). The black hat didn't seem to have the fading dye problem (yet?). The elastic band is a clever idea, but on a cruise in the wind, this was NOT a plus...couldn't tighten the hat and nearly lost it several times. That said, it is very comfortable in non-windy conditions.

Best caps ever, get one in every color they sell.

I have a baby head. Usually the small/medium flexfit or proflex hats tend to fit my head. This one is a bit too large but still wearable. Regardless, the hat feels a little cheap. I have a twill proflex hat that seems better constructed. I don't think I'd ever buy this hat again. Lesson learned.

This may be my fault but here goes, the hat out of the box had an extremely stiff front on it and it got worse as I tried to fold the bill. I guess this is the "I want to look like a hat but not actually be a hat" model. So then I looked at the reviews and washed it thinking it would loosed up. Nope. Not only did it get worse but the front krinkled so bad it looks like potato chips. Yes it's probably my fault as this is probably a style of hat that I didn't know about but the fit was way too small as I had another small/med on the same order and it came out fine. The other thing was that it was ruined after 1 wash. So if you work in this hat and it gets the "funk" throw it out as it will look like crap if you wanted to wear it again.
