For a small bottle it lasts a while and soes a good job

I have used this shampoo for years and would not change that habit. Amazon is now the easiest place to source the product and although the delivery time is a little longer than for some other orders, this is it a n inconvenience.

It says to use 2-3 times a week. If your dandruff is really bad use (I found) once a day for a week and then drop it to 2-3 times a week. All other days I just use water. Will obviously be different per person but that’s what I did and it worked wonders. The bottle may be small be definitely worth it.
