Item is misleading buyers. Item is not 500mm when adding the clearance required of 150mm to allow the sensor to work but instead 650mm total width. This is not stated on the amazon listing! So basically, the lights and demister stay on continuously! Customer support response was to move the cabinet left to achieve the 150mm clearance. But i only have a 600mm gap so how will this work if i need 650mm to a 500mm cabinet???Furthermore, the instructions show 722mm distance for the holes on the walls to the brackets but actually this should be 710mm. Now I have two extra visible holes!The cable does not allow for a square fix and when you tighten the top bracket the cabinet bulks/warps.Update: less than a year on and the plug for the toothbrush has a very loud buzzing noise when the you switch it on. Very annoying and loud.
