Great Customer Service
The company accidentally forgot to pack my riser pads in with my order. i understand during the busy holiday season they are probably very busy. The five stars was earned with service after the sale. I contacted them and they responded SAME DAY. They apologized and told me the risers were going in the mail right away. They arrived a few days later and now my son loves his board. Everything was simple and easy to install and I am very surprised at the quality especially at this price. The bearings could be smoother but I can't complain too much for $36 bucks. Helping my son build his first board reminded me of building my first Steve Caballero back in the 80's. So much has changed yet so much stays the same.

Customer service was great
They had forgot to ship the bearings in my package as soon as I contacted them they were on top of it to make it right. Also the wheels and trucks are very nice and durable
