Dried Vegetables

I'm so lazy some days, so this is perfect for me! I won't give you a recipe because everyone is different but will tell you the two ways I cooked them. Yesterday, I actually microwaved barley and then added the veggies and some vegetable broth to water. Delicious! Had a stressful day today so I just used one heaping teaspoon of the veggies and 1 cup of water with a vegetable broth paste and microwaved for 2 minutes. Wonderful (for me). I like my veggies crisp so 2 minutes was good although a fussier person may not like the not quite cooked taste. Experiment! The minute you open the package you'll smell the aroma of veggies. I will be ordering more (makes good survival food if unable to shop). The shipping was fast and the price was fair for the amount of veggies in the bag. Yummy!

I only wish that it was organic. Otherwise I have used this so much for so many things. I added to my soups along with other fresh vegetables. I even threw it in my creamy pesto pasta of course you have to cook it a little bit. I didn't mind that it was a bit undercooked because it added nice texture. You can throw it in your eggs or just make a small batch of vegetable soup if you're hungry. This brand certainly has good flavor and I would buy it again. Also I like that it doesn't have onions because I can give some to my birds.

Perfect for Homemade Soups

The item arrived intact and was well packaged. The ingredients are exactly what I was looking for, which I appreciate. However, the manufacturing date is 08/31/2024 and the expiration date is 08/30/2026, the date I received it is 2/15/2026, so the product is already quite some time past its production date. While it is still within the expiration period, I was hoping to receive a fresher batch. Overall, acceptable, but freshness could be improved.

My hermit crabs love this veggie mix! I have only fed it a few times and they always devour it!

Hydrated dried vegetables in chicken bouillon for 12 hours and they were still chewy like gummy bears. Not sure they will ever soften enough that my fa I'll ly would eat them in soup

I’m sure this is a great combination to use in soup but honestly I bought it for my parrots! If you own birds and want to easily add some veggies to their diet without worrying about spoilage, you’ve got to give this a try. They live the veggies softened or dry & crunchy. Super cost effective dried veggies in a great combo of safe flavors!
