These scissors are extremely sharp, feel good in the hand, and do the job for me. Each time I pull them out of the drawer I am impressed. (I suffered for years with lousy scissors. WHY?) The fact that they are dishwasher safe and come apart (but don't fall apart) is a plus! They are a great value - certainly worth 3x as much!

It was a bit bigger than I expected, but it is a very sturdy and handy scissor. It is easy to use and cuts very smoothly.

I have pretty much been using regular scissors for kitchen shears(no I do not switch them back-and-forth) since my pampered chef ones broke 10 years ago. These are so nice. They are sturdy. They clean easy. I lay them flat and open to dry and they dry well. No rust. Nice, heavy duty handles.

My old KitchenAid shears needed to be replaced. And because they had been such a good quality product for such a long time I trusted these would be the same quality. I've had mine for many years and the handle material began shredding off. The new shears are just as nice of a quality and they are sharp as expected. Storage isn't an issue because I use my shears daily and wash them a lot in the dishwasher, which is probably why they finally needed to be replaced. They arrive sealed in a hard plastic cover and come with a blade guard that I have never used until now. I did keep my older shears and use the cover on them in case I needed them for emergencies.

Who else is here from Project Farm? Definitely the best "bang for buck" scissors. While not technically as sharp or with the super comfortable grip of the more premium one he showed off, this is a mighty fine and sharp set of scissors.
