will this work as an upgrade in my HP Pavilion Elite m9250f ? it's at 350w now.

I would really recommend you go w/ an Antec (they're extremely reliable, trust me). I checked out the specs for your hp elite, that's a nice machine, I wouldn't risk it for this Corsair. I bought this psu and it sizzled out w/in the first six weeks. I replaced it w/ an Antec 900w from here on amazon, and have had amazing performance and lower electric bills.
