Works well, easy clean up
I am ordering more filter bags because my first set worked so well. For the past 28 years I've used the thick Toddy filters, but this is much easier to clean. They are thin and could rip, but I haven't had any problems with this. I can dump the grounds in my garden and then dispose of the bag without ripping it.

Works Very Well!
I noticed that several reviewers said these filter bags tore when trying to remove them from the Toddy after brewing. The trick is to cover the top of the Toddy with a couple of plastic grocery sacks and then turn it upside down so that the grounds and filter bag are now in the grocery sacks ready for disposal. Easy peasy. Also, for some reason, I tend to get a little more concentrate out of a pound of coffee when I use these filters. I don’t why, but others have mentioned the same thing.

Worth buying to save money
I read through a lot of reviews before buying these cold brew filter bags, and overall, I’m satisfied. Do they feel thinner than some name-brand options? Yes. Do they tear? Occasionally—but only at the top, never where the coffee grounds sit, which is what really matters to me. Which is an issue I’ve also had with name brand bags. Despite the minor tearing, I haven’t had any issues with grounds getting into my cold brew, which is my main concern. The bags do their job, and for the price, they’re a great value. I’ll likely buy them again since they’re affordable and easy to work with. If you can handle a little care when handling them, they’re definitely worth trying. I’ve attached a photo to show the tear. This is after I’ve drained my coffee, and the grinds will be disposed of in my garden, so the minor damage isn’t a big concern for me.

Do you like cleaning up messes?
I've been using the Toddy brand filter bags for a year now and I love them but not the price, so I figured hey, why not save some money and try this Impresa brand? I mean, how different can they possibly be? It's just a paper filter, right? WRONG. Oh my gosh, SO SO wrong. These bags are so incredibly inferior to the Toddy brand. I have used them three times just to be sure it wasn't operator error and I have to say, each and every time I had the same result....torn bags, unable to lift out of the brewer, grounds everywhere, complete and total mess. Now I'm out the money I wasted on these PLUS the cost of a package of Toddy brand. Save yourself the headache (& coin) and just buy the name brand. You won't be sorry you did.

Not as good as Toddy filters
Update: i added a star to my review because I haven't had another problem of the wet bags tearing. One bag ripped before I even put it in the Toddy, but this only happened once. I do use more care now than with the Toddy bags, but these are considerably cheaper, so that's not a deal breaker. I will probably buy them again after all. These were OK while the coffee was brewing and during draining, but the coffee grounds couldn't be lifted out of the brewer. The wet filter tore in a couple of places. I was able to remove it all fairly neatly by folding the filter closed over the grounds and turning the brewer over onto a plate, but it certainly was not very convenient. I won't buy them again.

Great paper filters
After using these filters for 4 months, I can recommend them without hesitation. No problems with ripping or speed of draining. I trim a couple of inches off the top, as I don't fold them over or squeeze the grounds. I let gravity and time (2 minutes for the first 2 quarts of the extract, 30 minutes for the last 6 -10 ounces) do the work for me. They are paper, like Toddy bags, at a fraction of the price.

Absolutely worth it - especially for the ease to cleaning
Before buying I came across numerous reviews indicating how delicate and prone to ripping these filters were but decided to "gamble". I've used them twice so far and have NO issue removing them from the tub with ease and no incidents of tears or spills. UPDATE - 10/7/2024: Used these all summer and again still had no issues using them in our Toddy system, and no problems with coffee filtering after steeping and had zero incidents of rips or tears. When beginning the steeping process it's recommended you twist the filter bag shut, and this makes it easier to lift the bag out for disposal. Overall - these are 100% worth it when it comes to how much easier and faster it makes clean-up after filtering the coffee into the carafe.

Weak
Bad product, rips every time. Avoid and bite the bullet for the real bags from Toddy

Good quality.
Filters allow good flow of liquids to pass through. Very durable, even when wet. Will buy again.

Poorly made substitute for the original Toddy bags.
Seriously unimpressed. These bags are a poor cheaply made and severely underperforming knock off of the proper branded version. I’ve found I have to double bag when using these bags as they just rip to shreds when trying to filter and remove from the Toddy brewer. It’s now at the stage after making 4 brews with I’ve thrown them in the bin and gone back to the proper Toddy ones. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
